Terms of Service

  • Pieces will be returned in 3-10 days, if that is not possible I will notify you

  • I work on a first-come, first-serve basis

  • Cash App and Paypal only (Cashapp is preferred)

  • All prices are final

  • I can decline any commission request I'd like

  • Do not rush me or try to get me to finish faster

  • Half payment upfront

  • You may not use my art as an NFT or for any crypto-related business

  • You may not use my art for any generative AI purposes

  • You may not use my art for any commercial purposes

  • Final pieces will be put on my portfolio unless asked not to

  • You may add your commission to any Touhou.se profiles with due credit

  • You may repost your commission to social media as long as I am tagged on that platform, or link back to my Carrd or Tumblr if I am not on a site

  • Do not edit the final piece or any WIPs I send you without permission

  • Character reference and pose reference are required

  • WIPs and the final piece will be watermarked

  • You may ask for 3 major changes to a sketch before you can ask for a refund

  • You may not ask for more than 5 major changes to a sketch

  • If I don't think I can finish a commission, you will get your money back

  • Additional characters will cost 50% more per character

  • Colored line art will cost 25% more than single-colored line art

How to commission me

Fill out either my Google form or a request on my Artistree and direct message me on Discord letting me know you have done so. Your character(s) and a pose reference should be included in your first message.If I accept your commission, pay half upfront via Cash App or Paypal. I will begin working on your piece after payment goes through.I will send WIPs for each phase of the drawing as I complete them (sketch, line art, colors, shading, etc.)You will be notified when your commission is done and you are to send the second half of the money.The final piece will be sent to you via Discord DM once I receive the other half of the payment.
